Welcome to “Das Südtiroler”
After a long wait, a dream is finally coming true for us.
We are thrilled to finally open a South Tyrolean-style restaurant for you, bringing the most beloved classics from the alpine huts – Schlutzkrapfen, Kaiserschmarrn and Germknödel – right to Jettingen-Scheppach. For years, we travelled to Brixen, Bruneck and Bolzano for our holidays and completely fell in love with the region. What could be better than sharing a delicious Jause platter with the family after a long hike or a day on the slopes? Or watching the kids argue over the last Speckknödel?
Come join us at Das Südtiroler for a quick lunchtime escape, after a busy shopping day or a hard day’s work, or simply for a Sunday family meal. Enjoy the warmth and hospitality of South Tyrol together with your children and friends. Everyone is welcome – and we are always happy to cater to your individual wishes.
